Cancellation Conditions and Refund Policy

 

Reservation / Payment / Cancellation Terms and Refund Policy

Any prepayment made to the account of VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. for the villa/holiday home/apartment/flat – regardless of the payment channel or the amount – is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Conditions:

a) If the prepayment is cancelled at least 90 days before the start of the stay, the amount will be refunded.

b) If the cancellation is made up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the customer is obliged to pay 30% of the total rental amount.

c) If the cancellation is made between the 29th day and the day of the stay, or the customer does not show up, the full amount (100%) of the travel fee will be charged.

If the CUSTOMER chooses to pay the full villa/holiday home/apartment/flat fee to VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (via EFT, bank transfer, cash or single credit card payment), and then cancels the booking up to 30 days before check-in, 30% of the amount paid will be forfeited. The remaining 70% will be refunded to the bank account provided by the CUSTOMER. Any transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If the cancellation occurs 29 days or less before the check-in date or if no stay takes place, no refund will be issued.

VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. is not liable for any financial loss resulting from refund transactions of credit card payments. Such losses (e.g. commission fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

If for any reason the booking is cancelled by VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., the CUSTOMER will be informed immediately. If an equivalent villa/holiday home/apartment/flat is available during the same dates, it will be offered to the customer. If the CUSTOMER declines, and the cancellation does not fall under “force majeure” conditions, the paid amount will be refunded.

Some properties may have special cancellation terms (as stated on their detail page). For these, the entire deposit and, if stated, the full rental amount must be paid 30 days before check-in, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances – even if the reservation is cancelled.

If the CUSTOMER fails to pay the remaining balance on time, VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. reserves the right to cancel the reservation, retain any paid amounts, and make the villa/holiday home/apartment/flat available for another booking.

VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. is not responsible for any bank fees, commission charges, or transfer losses incurred during refund transactions. Such fees may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or registered post). Phone cancellations are not valid under any circumstances. Cancellations become valid only once received in writing by VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.

VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. cannot be held responsible for any failure to use the property due to customer error or failure to cancel properly in writing, including unnotified cancellations.

The entire rental fee becomes due on the agreed check-in date, and VILLADIYARI TURİZM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. reserves all legal rights in this regard.

Exceptional Circumstances

In situations completely beyond our control – such as war, threats of war, civil unrest, terrorist acts, natural disasters, health risks, epidemics (e.g. COVID-19), or the death of a first-degree relative – if supporting documents are provided, the amount paid will be converted into a credit to be used for a future booking, and it will be deducted from the new reservation total.

Please note: The total of the new booking may vary depending on the property or the selected travel dates.

 

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit will be collected from the CUSTOMER, and the amount will vary depending on the villa/holiday home/apartment/flat. This amount will be clearly stated in the reservation confirmation document.

The damage deposit is to be paid in cash on the check-in day, and will be refunded via cash or bank transfer after an inspection, provided there is no damage or missing inventory.

If the CUSTOMER departs earlier than the agreed time or if the exit inspection cannot be carried out due to high occupancy, the deposit will be refunded to a bank account provided by the CUSTOMER.

If any damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the CUSTOMER will be asked to cover the difference. If not resolved voluntarily, legal proceedings may be initiated.
