GENERAL INFORMATION NOTICE
Within the scope of the services we provide through our website www.villadiyari.com.tr, this document has been prepared to inform all individuals who use our website, benefit from our services, or enter into contractual relations with us, regarding the collection, recording, processing, transfer, and storage of their personal data.
Villadiyarı Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “VillaDiyarı”) shares the following details concerning the collection, processing, storage, and potential transfer of your personal data in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).
As per Article 10 of KVKK, the data controller is obliged to inform the data subject during data collection of:
a) The identity of the data controller and its representatives (if any),
b) The purpose for processing the personal data,
c) The parties to whom the data may be transferred and the purpose of such transfer,
d) The method and legal basis of data collection,
e) The rights of the data subject listed in Article 11.
In this context, and in accordance with the relevant legislation and in the capacity of data controller, we inform you that all general and sensitive personal data you provide to us may be recorded, classified, processed, stored, updated, and disclosed to third parties where permitted by law or where you have given explicit consent.

PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
As stated in the "About Us" section, we see you as part of the www.villadiyari.com.tr family. Your personal data is treated with care and processed as part of our effort to offer high-quality, advantageous service.
The following personal data may be collected and processed:
Identity information (name, surname, Turkish ID number) of individuals staying in the rented property, for contract preparation, invoicing, accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement.
Contact information (phone number, address, email), for service provision, reservation confirmation, communication during the contract period, customer satisfaction, and delivering special offers or greetings during holidays.
Banking and payment information (IBAN, account numbers), for executing contracts and fulfilling legal obligations.
Call centre recordings, for dispute resolution, improving service quality, ensuring legal compliance, and contacting public authorities if necessary.
CCTV recordings, for safety, visitor logging, and use as evidence in case of disputes.
Cookies and IP addresses, to improve the website experience and monitor customer satisfaction.
Additionally, your data may be processed for:
Managing business partnerships, communication activities, and company strategies,
Ensuring high-level data security,
Handling customer feedback and complaints,
Conducting marketing and sales activities,
Executing administrative operations,
Implementing HR policies.
LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING
Under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, personal data may only be processed with explicit consent, except in exceptional cases outlined in Articles 5/2 and 6/3, which allow processing without consent:

Necessary for the protection of life or bodily integrity,
Required for the performance of a contract,
Fulfilment of a legal obligation,
Data made public by the data subject,
Necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right,
Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms.
In these cases, your data may be processed without consent.
Where required, we will present explicit consent forms before processing your personal data.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be shared under the exceptions in KVKK, including:
With payment service providers for identity verification (under the Regulation on Preventing Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism – Official Gazette No. 26751),
With law enforcement via the Identity Notification System, as required by the Identity Notification Law No. 1774,

With property owners for confirmation of reservation and occupancy rates,
With authorised public institutions and judicial authorities upon request.
Data may also be transferred to third parties domestically or abroad for product/service fulfilment, process management, or strategic planning purposes.
It may also be shared with company officials, affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and other legally authorised institutions.
METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
Personal data may be collected and processed verbally, in writing, or electronically, including audio recordings, for the purposes described above, ensuring legal compliance and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Once data processing purposes expire, your data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymised in accordance with KVKK.
DATA RETENTION
Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes listed above or as legally required.
After the expiry of retention periods, the data will be deleted or anonymised unless further processing is justified under legitimate purposes.
Data is retained based on minimum statutory periods and legal time limitations.
During retention, your data will not be accessed for other purposes and will only be used if strictly necessary. After such necessity ends, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used appropriately,
Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
Request deletion or destruction of data when the purpose for processing no longer exists,
Request notification to third parties of any correction or deletion,
Object to decisions made solely through automated systems,
Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
This notice may be updated in line with legal or technological developments.
